Join me as I speak with Madeline Haenel. An incredibly talented pole dancing 45-year-old woman who happens to be transgender. Beginning her pole journey in 2016, Madeline has had an interest in dance as long as she can remember, but didn't find the confidence to try it until she had gender-confirming surgery. Immediately after surgery, she felt at peace with her body and along with it, a resurgence of sexual energy. Only a month and a half after surgery she took her first class Rockstar Pole Fitness. She quickly became obsessed and took every class she could. She's performed in three Rockstar showcases, the Queer Pole Showcase at PoleCon 2019, competed in the 2018 and 2019 PSO Mountain Pole Championships and has performed with the Circa Vida dancers.
